Whole rooms to whole houses-this is our most popular package!

We take care of every detail from project planning and selections to meeting with subcontractors and styling surfaces. Custom spaces and personalized service.

All purchases must be made through TKID.

Virtual Design

This is a great option for out-of-town or DIY clients who want the TKID look without all the extras.

You provide pictures and measurements of your space and receive virtual design boards and detailed layouts for your project.

New Build & Renovation

Have something bigger in mind? We do that too! We will work with your builder or contractor to help envision and create your dream space.

Custom kitchens and bathrooms are our specialities. Lighting, surfaces, fixtures and wall color choices are a breeze with the right team at your side!

Mini Makeover

Not sure about rug sizing? Wall color? If you should splurge on that couch?

You have questions, we have answers. Our lead designer will meet one-on-one with your for three full hours to discuss all of your design needs and questions.

Commercial Design

Design Process

Consultation

You’re ready to start your project and so are we! Reach out to us and set up your consultation. We will meet one on one with you, either in person or virtually, to discuss your project goals, aesthetic direction, and project budget.

Design Package & Contract

Once we've established your project goals, we can help you choose a service package. We offer Full Service Design, Virtual Design, New Builds & Renovation Design, and Mini-Makeovers. Once the contract is signed, we're ready to roll!

Consultation

This is where we really get to work! We’ll gather ideas and create digital design boards to help you visualize your completed space. You will get a feel for the overall aesthetic and have options to choose from. Local clients will have the opportunity to view samples of colors, textiles, wall coverings, finishes, and surfaces as well as meet with subcontractors.

Selections

It's time to make the final selections. Once you've approved the design board, we will complete a full design package for you to approve. This will include a detailed listing of products and prices and subcontractor work to be completed. 2D floor plans are provided with our Virtual Design but may be added to other packages upon request.

Product Orders

We will provide you with a detailed quote for furniture, fixtures, wall coverings, rugs and other decor, and any associated freight charges. Once your product invoice is paid in full, we will place product orders. All product sales and custom orders are final.

Delivery & Installation

This is where it all comes together! For Full-Service and New Build & Renovation clients, we provide White Glove delivery services and an on-site designer to oversee final installation. Rugs will be unrolled, furniture will be placed, and surfaces will be styled. For Virtual and Mini-Makeover clients, all products will be delivered to your door so you can experience the fun of unboxing and placing all your lovely new items!
